Return Policy
- The Product must be returned to us in 7 days after the date you receive the product and
- The Product must be uninstalled, unused and in the original package with seal.
- Shipping cost of the returned product will be responsible by the buyer.
Refund policy
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. But do note that we reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
- Once the product has been received by us and has passed our quality check, we will refund the amount within 7-14 working days (30 - 45 working days for debit card payment). The eventual date when the amount gets credited to your account will depend on your bank’s policy and payment method used.
